Within the long-time partnership with PortoBay Hotels & Resorts, FN hotelaria was again invited to collaborate in the project of the newest hotel of the Group in Lisbon: PortoBay Liberdade.

This new 5 star urban resort is located in one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the Portuguese capital: Avenida da Liberdade.

FN hotelaria was the company responsible for supplying the equipment to several areas in PortoBay Liberdade: cold rooms; storage rooms; preparation areas; cold kitchen and acclimatized rooms; hot and cold pastry; production kitchen; pantries; bars; multipurpose mobile kitchens; buffet; room service; canteen; laundry.

But our intervention took place in several stages:
- consulting, study and definition of the appropriate solutions;
- development of all the technical projects relating to our areas of intervention;
- supply of the equipment as defined initially, with its installation, which included assembling, testing and start-ups;
- technical training provided to the hotel staff on the use of equipment.

FN hotelaria devoted again all its attention and resources to meet the expectations of the PortoBay Group. The solutions that were implemented contribute to the optimization of the available resources in the unit and have a high level of performance and efficiency, in accordance with the high level of requirement of the PortoBay Group, as well as our very own quality standards.

Still in soft opening, and scheduled to open April 23, PortoBay Liberdade is already exceeding the expectations of the Group.
