FN hotelaria was the company responsible for the project, supply and installation of the hotel equipment and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to the new 4-star hotel in Madeira: Saccharum Hotel Resort & Spa.

The technical projects were entirely tailored to the needs of this hotel unit and, after the definition of all the appropriate solutions came the installation step. FN hotelaria supplied the equipment for kitchens, show cooking, buffet, bars, cold rooms and pantries.

The following step is the technical training on the use and operation of equipment, which will be provided to the hotel staff, in order to maximize its potential and prevent accidents.

FN hotelaria's new intervention area - the installation of air conditioning systems, ventilation, central heating, solar energy, thermal power plants, centralized technical management and maintenance - was also very important for this project.

The Saccharum Hotel's HVAC installation includes:
- hot water production;
- cold and hot water production for the public areas;
- air conditioning for the rooms;
- treatment of the indoor pool;
- ventilation systems;
- security systems and control and management systems.

This FN hotelaria's intervention has privileged solutions and equipment with a high level of performance and energy efficiency, in order to meet customer expectations, to comply with environmental requirements and the demand of comfort.
