FN hotelaria has recently installed a new cold water producing unit (chiller) for the Instituto de Segurança Social da Madeira's office building.

The energy efficiency and an environmentally friendly operation and maintenance are this equipment's main technical features.

The building is under TDGI S.A. management, a company of Teixeira Duarte group that operates in the Facilities Management area.
