AlmaLusa Baixa/Chiado

Still in soft opening, the AlmaLusa Baixa/Chiado, in Lisbon, positions itself as a "place of appreciation of Portuguese culture".

The new hotel has emerged from the transformation of an eighteenth century building. The decoration is inspired by the great events of our national history.

The restaurant 'Delfina - Cantina Portuguesa', under the leadership of Tonas Oliveira e Silva, is a "space dedicated to a concept of Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine based on fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by award-winning Portuguese wines, served in a relaxed atmosphere."

FN hotelaria was the company responsible for the project, supply and installation of kitchen equipment.
