The renovation works of Pestana Promenade’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations have begun this november. This first phase involved the delivery and installation of equipment for thermal production and hot water systems of this 4-star hotel located in Funchal.
In order to significantly improve all systems and implement more energy-efficient solutions, our intervention will include a wide range of equipment, namely: chiller, dry cooler, heat pump, chilled water production circuits, heat recovery circuits, hot water circuits, pumps, storage tanks, among others, as well as the renovation of the electrical installation to better adaptation to the new machines installed.
