JNcQUOI Ásia

It opened in mid 2019 at Avenida da Liberdade and comprises four distinct areas: restaurant, sushi area, bar and terrace. The delicacies created by António Bóia and Mário Esteves include flavors from India, Japan, China and Thailand.

The decoration inspired by these countries and designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán does not leave anyone indifferent, starting with the giant dragon that flies over the room, involving and "transporting" the customer to another continent.

FN hotelaria was the company responsible for supplying and installing the hotel equipment for JNcQUOI Ásia, namely: cooking zones, where the highlight is the Marrone cooking block, show cooking / open kitchen, preparation areas, bars, wine cellars, pantries, cold rooms and storage area.

In 2023, FN hotelaria returned to this space with the launch of JNcQUOI Frou Frou.

Inspired by the "roaring 20s of underground China," its eccentricity is its hallmark, from the decor to the soundscape. The focus is on authentic Chinese cuisine.
