Savoy Residence brand's real estate expanded in 2024 with the Monumentalis project. Located in one of Funchal's most upscale areas, it comprises six blocks, each housing 150 premium apartments (one- to four-bedroom).
The presence of landscaped areas was a major concern of the developers. It was crucial that the urban spirit, the architecture, and the need for comfort maintain a connection with the island's characteristics, its proximity to the sea and nature.
This project won the “Melhor Habitação – Regiões Autónomas” (best housing – autonomous regions) category at the 2025 Prémio Nacional do Imobiliário (national real estate awards). These ‘Real Estate Oscars’ in Portugal were announced in March 2025 and are promoted by Magazine Imobiliário.
FN hotelaria was responsible for the HVAC installations for this project.
