Under the Pestana Residences brand, this project by the Pestana Hotel Group transformed a former hotel, inaugurated in the 1970s, into a "unique project in the regional real estate landscape." Initially a Hilton Hotel and later as Madeira Palácio Hotel, it was one of the most prestigious hotel units in Funchal for approximately 40 years.
