As part of the partnership that FN hotelaria established with the PortoBay group, the PortoBay Santa Maria hotel has been the object of our intervention over the years.
This is a 4-star hotel located in the historic area of Funchal, with 146 rooms and focused on the 'adults only' segment.
Regarding the most recent projects, we can highlight, in 2024, the supply and installation of show cooking equipment, the redesign of the cooking block, and the supply and installation of laundry equipment.
In 2025, the refrigerated preparation area was renovated, as well as the pantry. Kitchen, pantry and bar equipment was supplied and installed in the new 'pop-up' restaurant.
In 2026, equipment for show cooking was supplied and installed.
