In 2020, as part of the expansion of the former The Lince hotel, which would become Vila Baleira Funchal, FN hotelaria was responsible for installing the mechanical HVAC systems for the guest rooms’ renovations.
The property was acquired by the Ferpinta Group (already the owner of Vila Baleira Porto Santo) to facilitate the natural expansion of Vila Baleira Hotels & Resorts brand to the island of Madeira.
The new hotel, open to the public since April 2020, features 10 floors, 86 rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar, a swimming pool, a lounge, a gym, and a parking garage. “Proximity and familiarity” are the motto of Vila Baleira Funchal.
