As part of the long-standing partnership that unites both companies, FN hotelaria has once again earned the trust of Belmond Reid’s Palace for a new project: the rehabilitation of the thermal power station for the production of chilled water.
In this process, FN hotelaria had two main objectives: the energy efficiency and the maintenance of comfort levels.
In its design, cutting edge techniques and equipment were used, with high levels of efficiency and respectful of the environment, using a very low GWP refrigerant, the 1234ze.
It was thus possible to design a fully automated installation, supported by a centralized technical management system, where all the energy, available in the thermal dissipation process, from the chilled water production units can be used, either to support the pre-heating of hot water or in support of the swimming pools’ heating.
