About a year ago, debuting the Hyatt Group's Inclusive Collection in Portugal, Dreams Madeira Resort opened its doors to the public in Madeira.
This 5-star ‘all inclusive’ resort consists of a “village” with 366 rooms, 4 swimming pools, a spa, 8 restaurants, 6 bars, exclusive areas for children and teenagers with age-appropriate entertainment, and access to the beach and the sea.
The gastronomic offer at this hotel is diverse, taking place in numerous spaces with very different proposals and concepts. The brand's approach has proven to be a successful strategy. Proof of this is the award recently won: Dreams Madeira Resort is the "Best Gastronomic Resort of 2025" according to Condé Nast Traveler Spain. The award ceremony took place on November 4th in Madrid.
FN hotelaria was the company responsible for equipping all the food and beverage areas of Dreams Madeira Resort. But our work was much more comprehensive.
Hyatt Group selected FN hotelaria to provide consultancy and technical assistance services in the development of hotel equipment spaces and for supplying and installing hotel equipment for the numerous areas related to foodservice: buffets, show cooking zones, kitchens, pantries, bars, cold storage facilities, staff cafeteria and storage rooms.
Regarding HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), FN hotelaria was in charge of consulting and developing the project for the adaptation of the existing installation, as well as carrying out the remodeling of the HVAC installations in the different areas of this hotel unit.
