A news about FN hotelaria’s new projects was recently published in our local newspaper Diário de Notícias Madeira.
The news was one of the highlights of the October 31, 2021 edition and highlights how FN hotelaria has overcome the challenges of the pandemic. Available solutions, ongoing projects, management strategies, results achieved and perspectives for the future were some of the aspects addressed.
Pedro Freitas, CEO, explained to DN how “FN hotelaria felt closely the challenges posed by the pandemic crisis” and how “solidity, organization and quality of service” continue to be factors for overcoming those challenges.
Paulo Fernandes highlighted the “success trajectory in the HVAC area”: “We are driven by the ambition of putting the best engineering practices in each project, respecting the sustainability and energy efficiency of the solutions”, said the HVAC Business Unit director.
“Project solutions and the consulting service we provide to our customers” and the “innovative spirit” are the differentiating factors that João Abel de Freitas, director of the Hotel Industry Equipment Business Unit, has seen recognized by customers who continue to trust FN hotelaria.
“A highly challenging future” is what Rui Fernandes envisions for the maintenance and after sales sector. The director of this Business Unit refers to the training, technical quality, experience and professionalism of the teams as fundamental in a context of great technological evolution that FN hotelaria always seeks to keep up with.
The challenges pointed out by Ana Melim for the Central Services Business Unit include: “strengthening the human capital area”, through the concern with the motivation and well-being of employees and the implementation of an advanced system for setting goals and performance evaluation, the implementation of the analytical accounting system and a purchasing center, and also the updating of the brand's digital positioning.
