Integrated into the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon, an unavoidable reference in the luxury hotel scene in Portugal, Cura quickly conquered its place due to the creativity and boldness that led it to reach the Michelin universe in 2021. |

This restaurant, led by Pedro Pena Bastos, stands out for its signature cuisine, in which seasonality and Portuguese soul are key features.

The open kitchen is one of the points of interest. “I made a point of following the process from start to finish: construction works and planning, everything. I really believe that this helped to make Cura more cohesive, to make all the elements of the restaurant speak the same language”, said Pedro Pena Bastos in an interview with the newspaper Observador at the time of the restaurant’s inauguration in september 2020.

FN hotelaria supplied and installed the equipment for Cura’s show kitchen, namely cooking, pantry, refrigeration, service area and wine storage equipment.

The space now occupied by Cura results from the transformation of an old meeting room at the Ritz hotel, by the hand of the architect Miguel Câncio Martins. The decoration combines the classic side of the hotel, with modern art and art deco elements and the cosmopolitan spirit of the Portuguese capital. It has capacity for 28 people and has a direct and independent entrance from the hotel.
