FN hotelaria was once again the company chosen by the Savoy Group to equip its most recent hotel unit.
The Next hotel opened a few weeks ago and is aimed at a younger audience that is adept at new technologies: millennials and digital nomads are the main target of this 4-star hotel. Therefore, it has adopted a relaxed and irreverent posture, notable in some decoration options such as the visible concrete and some industrial notes, and provides the key features for those who want to alternate between leisure and work: self check-in service, take-away availability, wi-fi always available and even USB connections built into the furniture. It also has an auditorium, gym and spa.
Located in the vicinity of its ‘brothers’ Savoy Palace and Royal Savoy, this hotel offers a gastronomic offer focused on organic food, under the leadership of Chef Carlos Gonçalves.
FN hotelaria developed the project, supplied and installed the equipment for the many kitchen areas (preparation, production and pantry), cold rooms and refrigerated areas, bars, wine cellar, show cooking, buffet, staff refectory, storage area and laundry.
