The work carried out in this Hilton luxury hotel represents one of the turning points of FN hotelaria’s activity expansion to the national and international markets, as of 2012.


Located in Quinta do Lago, Faro, Conrad Algarve was the group's third hotel in Europe to feature the Conrad brand. Hilton thus created a new unit in the South of Portugal, differentiating it by its architecture and design, with a close connection with the local culture. FN hotelaria was the company responsible for the project, supply and installation of equipment for kitchens (preparation, production, pantries and storage areas), buffet, BBQ, room service, bars, cold rooms, refectory and laundry.

From an initial stage, FN hotelaria collaborated, together with Hilton hotel group, in the development of the projects and the solution itself, in terms of the implantation of all hotel equipment, and helped to define the entire food and beverage operation.

The kitchen at the 'Gusto' restaurant, led by Heinz Beck, was idealized from the outset with the aim of reaching the Michelin universe, something which would materialize in 2017. It was a large-scale, complex and demanding project that continues to fill us with pride:

  • 2300 products supplied;
  • 9 employees dedicated exclusively only in the installation phase;
  • 4 restaurants;
  • 5 bars;
  • 80 apartments;
  • 154 rooms.
