Restaurant Industry 2016

After the work done for the restaurant at Mercado da Ribeira, in Lisbon, FN hotelaria was once again invited by Chef Alexandre Silva for developing the project, supplying and installing the equipment for kitchen, pastry, bar and pantries for his new restaurant, LOCO.

The highlight of this kitchen is the cooking block which was fully designed by FN hotelaria, according to the Chef's requirements, and manufactured by Marrone: a high level of performance, quality and sophistication kitchen equipment, fully customized for LOCO.

This Michelin-starred restaurant opened in 2016. LOCO positions itself as a fine dining restaurant, surprising its customers with creativity, boldness and personality. It won its Michelin star in less than a year of operation!

After being the winner of the tv culinary contest 'Top Chef' on RTP1 (the portuguese public television station), working in many renowned Portuguese hotels and restaurants and opening a restaurant at Mercado da Ribeira in Lisbon, thus Alexandre Silva’s first signature cuisine space was created.
