FN hotelaria participated in the 2026 edition of the conference organized by FCSI - Foodservice Consultants Society International, the world's largest association of industrial kitchen consultants and designers.
As in previous FCSI EAME (Europe, Africa and Middle East) events, this edition brought together, in Liverpool, England, excellent speakers around a set of pertinent and timely subjects for the sector.
Between May 28th and 31st, a group of FN hotelaria employees had the opportunity to participate in this conference, whose main themes included:
- H – humanity: focusing on people and on human-centered design;
- E – environment: ecological responsibility and building a sustainable future;
- A – AI and automation: the impact of new technologies and artificial intelligence on commercial kitchens and the work of consultants;
- R – responsibility: the commitment to training, mentoring, and supporting new generations of professionals;
- T – togetherness: the importance of global collaboration between different cultures and disciplines in industry.
FCSI demands from its members the highest levels of experience, professionalism and ethics and continuous updating at the Foodservice industry level. This association already has 1000 members in more than 35 countries and is the only organization in this sector.
FN hotelaria was the first Portuguese company to become a member of FCSI - Foodservice Consultants Society International.
